Japystar enjoys working without supervision and usually continues to carry out duties effectively. Still needs to learn when it is appropriate to call for a supervisor’s advice or authority to act. Usually defensive when efforts are criticised – but they nevertheless tries to learn from mistakes. From a set of data, Japystar is able to establish a principle, or work out a rule, or suggest a reason for failure or success. Their analysis is usually accurate but not original. Intellectually versatile. When a topic is unfamiliar or new concepts are put forward, Japystar listens, learns and adjusts quickly, and is soon making a full and useful contribution to the conversation.
