This game is awesome! I would highly recommend this game to anyone who likes boomer shooters and likes a lot of variety in weapons to choose from. I think this game is a hidden gem that deserves more attention.

The difficulty curve on this game is insanely bad. The meta progression is a joke - I played like 5 runs and the meta progression I gained was 1 attack power. For reference, you can get 5 attack power from the common chests. The audio is annoyingly unnecessary (it says "common loot found" every time you open a chest). The controls are ok, fall damage does like 25% of your max HP and it's incredibly easy to fall off of ledges. Your skills get interrupted with every hit, your roll ability sometimes gets interrupted by enemies hitting you.

I've been playing this game since early access and I love everything about it to be honest. The early game risk/reward of trying to explore further, but needing to ration food and water. The mid-game wonder of exploring caves and mining resources. Unlocking farming just in time to make your own food and be able to fully prepare for journeys. The absolute wonder and excitement of watching the landscape evolve as you terraform the planet more and more. This game is fantastic and charming! The devs also added major content at a reasonable pace while in early development, it's honestly refreshing to see. Props to everyone involved in making this game.

I almost never take the time to write game reviews, so the fact that I'm writing one is saying something. I'll keep it short and sweet.
This game is brutally challenging, but super addictive and rewarding to play. I love figuring out new combinations of items and how they work together.

Game breaking bug in one of the campaigns. Wanted to continue playing after finding the exit for the map (the game gave me the option to keep playing). Apparently it's programmed to only trigger once, so I just got completely stuck. I was reliant on auto-saves and it had saved after this point. Played for several hours only to get completely stuck. This series went downhill.

Solid game. Hours of gameplay without being bored. Tons of unique play styles. Would recommend to anyone.

The Devs decided to abandon this before finishing it. Granted, I played it quite a bit, but there's no ending. It just sort of stops.

Powers are not intuitive, can't find a screen to see what the controls are, and the game crashed within the first 20 minutes of playing. Wish I would have doublechecked before purchasing. Early access shouldn't exist.
