This game is fantastic. Frostpunk in space, as I've seen it affectionately referred to as, is accurate. Though this game brings a moving sci-fi story all its own to the table with beautiful graphics, a unique and well-crafted interface, good voice acting, and a gameplay cycle that demands your full attention. I haven't even finished it yet and it's pulled me in something fierce.

beat the campaign in 13 hours within 2 days. love the mechanics & story choices

Great 4X game, tons of mod support & more depth than Civ offers but without requiring a super deep investment into learning it like Hearts of Iron or something.
