To get Tsuyu you have to slowly creep your way to tier 7 to the permanent battlepass, in 4+ hours I was unable to make it to tier 1. The gameplay is overall pretty fun and the effects are cool but actually getting characters sucks. All-might (the final character in the tier) is on tier 30. ♥♥♥♥ me.
