Frame drops with a 12700k/3080ti, latest nvidia drivers, tried every "fix" and even tried low quality graphics settings. Looks like the game release delay couldn't fix these issues :)

EDIT: After about 10 hours of gameplay the stutters and frame drops stopped. Maybe only had another stutter about 1% of the time until the end of the game.
