When a topic is unfamiliar or new concepts are put forward, Vector engages in the conversation, but contributions show a lack of understanding at first. Needs to make more effort to listen, learn and adjust. Considers problems as a challenge and enjoys finding creative yet appropriate solutions. Vector is able to work out their own solutions, but also works well with a group to solve problems. Fast and accurate at solving mental math problems and has high-level skills requiring complex calculation and analysis. Applies professional experience and/or knowledge of people well to forecast outcomes with at least 75% accuracy.
