I've been playing Counter Strike since beta 6 and it has truly exploded in popularity with Global Offensive but I must say the number of cheaters in matchmaking gets VERY frustrating for the honest folks. The community's toxicity level has gone up tremendously due to the popularity of the game combined with the mental age of its players. I keep coming back because it's what I call a pure shooter that puts everyone on equal ground in terms of access to weapons and items. It really comes down to who is the better player which goes beyond pure aim when played competitively.
