As my previous review stated, on 27 march of 2013, this game is AAA+

An action game with top graphics, great combat, impressive story, no shady microtransctions and for free? What's not to like or at least give it a try? (or a retry, this game changed a lot)

DE(Digital Extremes) made sure to pour their soul in this game which still to this date, despite having a confusing start for newcomers due so much information bombarded at them, keeps on growing and growing. Yeah it's a game that you'll spend a lot of time reading it's wiki or guides, but don't let yourself get intimidated due too much information, warframe has one of the best gaming communities which is always ready to help and answer doubts, ingame or not.

For newcomers a good advice would be "never ask what is the stronger weapon or best warframe" as all of them can become extremely deadly when built the right way.

Warframe surpassed the old "space ninjas" theme, nowadays you are space gods. With over 37 different warframes and over 300 weapons, you're bound to find a style that suits you.

Even without paying anything you can still get the game currency by trading stuff with other players. You may pay if you so want, as it helps you to get several things faster, but a major part of the game is based around farming/hunting for said weapons and warframes while exploring this universe, story and lore created with such hard work.

The only PROBLEM is that, IT LACKS any form of ENDGAME, old players simply stop playing as after you reach the max rank, collected every single weapon and got basically every single cosmetic, there's not really anything to do besides waiting for the next big update which happens 2-4 times per year. The game was streamlined to best suit newplayers and give them a great experience, but you wont find any engaging competive mode between clans/alliances and you may rarely find people to play it's pvp arena or anything similar to keep you engaged on later ranks.

2019 is expected to be a year of great updates and changes for warframe, so it's never too late to start or return to it.
