Frame-Mogged by a Box
He’s living in a square. He has negative frame. His clavicles are probably two inches long.

The Issue: He’s a "head-on-a-spring" build. In any social hierarchy, he’s getting instantly mogged by anyone with a shoulder-to-waist ratio higher than 1.0.

The Fix: He needs to stop the "surprise" gimmick and start a heavy bulk. 5000 calories a day, focus on the lateral delts. He needs to expand past the box or he’ll be a "box-cel" for life.
