Salmon soup - instructions:

Wash, peel and chop the potatoes, carrots and onion. Boil the vegetables with spices and bay leaf in water until almost cooked.
Remove the skin and bones from the salmon fillet. Cut the fish into large cubes.
Add cream, salt and chopped salmon. Cook over low heat until the fish is tender, about 5 minutes. Add dill and serve traditional salmon soup with rye bread.
