Here is the medkit info::: "Items spawn at specific points at the beginning of each map and can be changed by the director at anytime. Healing each other is not a parameter that dictates this change. When you start a campaign, every health item that is going to spawn is already up. This includes health kits, pills, adrenaline, and defibs. If you are doing especially poorly, the director can upgrade a shot/pills/defib into a kit. This has nothing to do with whether your team is healing each other or not. The director will NEVER spawn a health kit out of thin air. The cvars for it simply are not in the game code."
