This game is trying really hard to achieve something, but it is miserably lost. The narrative is not flowing at all; it is staggering terribly as it is crowded with occult symbolism that sits nowhere and mostly abused, in addition to the dialogues that are written poorly, which feels absolutely inorganic. The game supposedly throws you into a 'mysterious' situation that you need to figure out as you progress, in medias res, BUT it lacks the drive. I was not even slightly intrigued to hear about the next bit of the dialogue, or place to investigate. The characters are flat and mostly resemble to each other with little distinguishable features and traits. Also, the mechanics feel clumsy and slow ...that really feels as if they just cared about the reactive dialogues. The inventory, skill tree etc. visuals look like they are rip offs of Dragon Age Inquisition. In fact, whole atmosphere feels like DAI for some reason, instead of late 1700s Europe. Eh, what to do then? Refunded! It absolutely blew my ass when George Washington showed up with a 'Illuminati' locket because 'even he is a member of the Golden Order'. Mind = Blown
