I rarely write reviews but this deserves one.

Although I am playing and will be playing for a little while longer I will soon stop unless game is fundamentally changed, which it will not be. At this point its 50% due to the sunk cost fallacy.

Gunplay, animations, textures all great, but that's where it ends.

This is not battlefield. This is a CQB Nightmare simulator. And while I love me some CQB this is the meatgrinder type that has no strategy nor skill to it. Just run and gun and, of course -- slide.

Maps are small, bounds are small, flanks are nonexistant. Cover is sparse, concealment even more so. No foliage, no any real semblance of map design. It's like a few points were dropped on the map and some pathways to them were made. Nobody actually played these maps. Can't reach a point without smoke because, you guessed it - there's no cover. Get sniped by a sniper, by tank or by an LMG, if LMGs actually had a role in this game, which they don't.

Glitches stayed in the even after season 1 release which is inexcusable. The awful maps are made even more awful after a squad or two gets on top of a building you have no access to.

Would be nice if the building could be brought down. But it can't be. Destruction as most everything else in this game is a joke.

Bloom is still not fixed as well. Don't get me started on the no reg or dying behind deep cover.

Disengaging from a fight is impossible because you will 100% die behind the wall so you either win a firefight o die trying.

Community severs? You guessed it, also a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke. 90% of servers are bots.

The only good way to play battlefield 6 is on Hardcore. But you can't find hardcore servers because community servers are ♥♥♥♥♥♥. You can't host your own because the global capacity is reached. Again, a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke.

We now have a new map and a BR. New map is even worse than the originals. NO COVER. ♥♥♥♥ me do I ask too much to get some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ vegetation?

BR? Ironically the best map we have. Would be nice if we could get that as a conquest map. Too bad community servers are severely ♥♥♥♥♥♥!

The BR mode is alright. Ironically it's the best this game has to offer right now. So, as I said, this is not battlefield.

Weapon grid? A soul crushing exprience. Wanna get the best attachment for this gun? Make 1000 kills with it and come back.

The main menu? An absolute disaster. It isn't even responding how you'd expect. Can't find whatever you are looking for and even if you do you need some side scrolling action. This must have been made as a joke, just like most of the other parts of the game!

I do not recommend spending money on this game. Wish I didn't!

Haven't played a game this much in many years. No ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ microtransactions only massacre. Campaign is good, Co-op is good, PVP is good. Customization is good, progression is good, combat is good. The best spent money on a game in a long time.
