The controls are a bit iffy to start off. But pretty quick I got used to the basics. Very cool! So much many games! Works well as long as you know how to work with the quirks.

A great piece of art and a great piece of interactive fiction.
Gone Home is a great piece of software well worth the money. The story is captivating and once I got in to it I couldn't stop. The story is well thought through and very touching.
The only thing I see that might be a problem with Gone Home is that it is kinda short. It took me about 3 hours to finish and I don't think I will play it again. But for me that is a GOOD sign! I don't want this kind of game to be worth playing again! If it is worth playing again, it means the creators put more in to the game than is needed for the story. And that is just wrong.

So yeah. This is one of my favorite games of all time. Though I wouldn't really call it a game since you can't win or lose and there aren't really any rules. It's interactive fiction.
