Stumbled on this game via a reddit post and I love it! It doesn't artifically restrict you like other similar games do. Just you, the toolset and your imagination. It's extremely satisfying to learn on your own as well... I would recommend starting out with the built in tutorial and learn on your own from there looking stuff up when you get stuck.

Either way I haven't had a game that has made me lose track of time in a long, long time. Highly Recommended.
