Charleyrose 65 if you go to my guide, near the top of the page there are a bunch of tabs with options (All, Discussions, Guides, Reviews, etc) click on the "Discussions" tab. If you scroll down a little, on the right side there is a box of sub forums (the label is small and grey) and in that box is a white label titled "Bug Report." Click on that, and on the right side of the page there's a button called "Start New Discussion" which you can click on and write out what was wrong and submit it.
