You cant really compare BnL to csgo, but if you have to well you said it yourself: "people could be professional level with a few hundred hours"
You have 37 hours, you are definitely not a professional.

Your comment was loaded with flaws i guess the only people who still play block n load is people like you, its easy to see why the game is dead. Levels dont = skills. Great example is csgo people could be professional level with a few hundred hours and people with thousands still low skill ranking.

Sorry to tell you, but lvl 30 is not a professional level and you probably are a noob.
