Editing review as the need for a third party launcher has been dropped. The below frame lag issue remains, but as the game is still playable for most id still suggest it, just with caution you will need to exceed the recommendation for RAM.

Game has also become horribly RAM intensive after previous updates. This causes a lot of jerky game play and has made the game unplayable for at least one person in my normal squad.
