Hi , today I wanna change an act in me , witch is masterbation.. My friend stopped it by doing this method an I wanna start doing it to: 1 - everyday I'm gonna send a message saying I didn't do it. 2 - You send something positive to me everday like great Job,... 3 - I will be happy if you help cause without your help I can't stop it.. 4 - if i do it.. I will take a video of me doing it and you guys can share it with everyone (a way to stop it no matter what) 5 - I swear that if I do it again I will send a video (a way to stop it) I’m gonna send this message to all my close friends, please help me stop this disaster *stupid face thing. It's like a streak but better because it helps me stop something bad for my health and religion
