Can't get past the login screen. Broken game.

What happens at the login screen? It should only ask once for a CloneStats account, if you have one, then never ask again. It's optional and only needed to play on the leaderboards on our website.

Oh man... the error was on my side! The antivirus software (BitDefender) quietly prevented Clones to write a profile file into my user´s Documents directory. For me the problem is resolved.

Same problem for me.If I click on 'proceed' I get a beep sound and the child window with the login refreshes (showing my Steam username). That behavior does not change if I enter valid Clones credentials or just a username (e. g. the autofilled one) with no password or a username with a password.
