However, I'm 100% certain I wasn't toxic or verbally abusive to anyone, and this is an unfair ban. I would really appreciate it if someone could watch my two recent matches that could have triggered this ban and at least tell me what I said and what I should avoid in the future. Since there was no swearing, I was under the impression that this game was rated 18+ and swearing was allowed. The only thing I can think of is that I used a swear word and the system targeted me for it. I was not toxic or verbally abusive to ANYONE in the match room. No one.

Hello.

To my surprise, I was banned for verbal abuse, which I don't believe I committed. After checking your support page, I found the FAQ (verbal_abuse/spam FAQ), which states the system is automated. I think the system is mistaken, as I'm not the type of player to be toxic in-game. I do curse occasionally, but not in an offensive manner, usually just after I die. I was also under the impression (in the ticket) that I was banned because two players falsely reported me, but that's not the case, as the admin stated in my ticket.
