If the science update fixed a lot of the bugs, I am glad i did not play it sooner.

I don't want to be harsh, I know the devs work hard, but my short experience so far has been plagued with frustration.
The science update seems to have helped a lot, I do like the missions. they do a fine job of guiding the player,
But why do my ship parts keep disappearing/exploding mid flight for no reason? Why can I edit a maneuver node while paused. And If that's how the devs want it, why dot they tell you the rules. I spent 10 minutes moving my camera around,
save/loading, and anything else I could think of to create a node. Only to find out you cant while paused. That would be a helpful tooltip. At this point I don't want to keep playing if I have to redo every other launch because a fuel tank vanished half way there or the tools the dev's give you are unreliable.

It looks like this will just be one more game in my library gathering dust while I wait for it to be worth playing.
