Before I say anything else, I just need to say that the animations here are absolutely so charming and there were a couple of times where I simply got distracted by moving my cursor around the screen to see everything move and to hear the sound effects aha.

Beyond that, though, I had a great time with the demo! It was super fun, and I was really impressed by the art style and the presentation of the environment. The game is very wholesome and I had a fun time listening to the narration as I completed the dioramas, and the graphics themselves are far past borderline amazing. I also really adore the intuitiveness. Overall, Woodo makes me really happy, in all honesty. I genuinely cannot wait to see what the full release brings!

On another note, I will say, this is definitely a game that I'd personally sit down to play in shorter periods every so often instead of sitting down to dedicate several consecutive hours in one day towards. And that's not a bad thing, however the reason I say this is because I do feel as if the gameplay loop did start to feel a bit too samey at the end and the available dioramas are fairly easy (which is not necessarily a bad thing!), but I will admit this is just me just being fairly nitpicky for the sake of further insight lol. There seriously just isn't much to criticize here from my viewpoint, let alone dislike!

I'd really recommend this game to not only people who enjoy puzzles, but also people who just want to appreciate some super pretty art and/or people who are looking for a wholesome, cozy, and calming new experience! :-] <3

I absolutely adore Tiny Glade and I had been following the development for it for a while, so I'm SO stoked that I finally got to get my hands on a copy of it even though I definitely would've sprung on the opportunity to get it on the day of release if I was able to.

It's so pretty, ridiculously smooth and satisfying to work with, and I love the little friends so much they are amazing in every way possible. There's so much you can do with what feels like a very minimal selection of tools and I'm actively discovering new and amazing things as I continue to play and I have no doubt that will continue to happen no matter how many hours I continue to contribute to this lovely & cozy little masterpiece.

Overall It's a very nice and comfy game to unwind with and I highly recommend it to people who are at least somewhat creatively/artistically inclined - especially if you need a way to relieve some serious stress! All in all, I'd give it a 9.5/10 especially due to how much care I am 100% certain has been put into this lovely project and I am absolutely so, SO happy with my purchase of the game. Absolutely awesome.

Came back to edit my review so I could say that with a recent update my complaint about not being able to pick what clutter you want to use without painstakingly placing and then deleting fixtures over and over is now a thing of the past. My joy is immeasurable. 10/10
