1⁄4 taza de salsa de soja
1 taza de agua
1⁄2 cucharadita de jengibre molido
1⁄4 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
5 cucharadas de azúcar morena envasada
1 -2 cucharadas de miel
2 cucharadas de maizena
1⁄4 taza de agua fría

:Koishi: Mezcla todo menos la maicena y 1/4c de agua en una sartén y comienza a calentar.
Mezcla la maicena y el agua fría en una taza y disuélvela.
Después de que la salsa esté hirviendo a fuego lento, agregue la mezcla de maicena y agua, batiendo bien hasta que la salsa espese.
Caliéntala hasta que la salsa espese hasta alcanzar el espesor deseado.
Agrega agua para diluir si la espesas demasiado. :Koishi:
