Well... I really don't think there is any word in the English language that expresses so many different things as the word "♥♥♥♥" does.
You know, you can use surprise "well I'll be ♥♥♥♥♥♥."
You can use the word "♥♥♥♥" to indicate anger "♥♥♥♥ you!"
You can use the word "♥♥♥♥" to indicate dismay "aw... ♥♥♥♥."
I just think it's probably the most expressive word our language has.
