Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
Does not shirk duties, and can share the workload with other people in the team to achieve maximum group output – but does not do so consistently. Not good at planning and monitoring the work of team-members. easterw1nd can hold and engage an audience, but not convincing or persuasive enough to be used as a keynote speaker/presenter. When ideas are challenged by others, easterw1nd listens to their view politely, but is able to maintain a position firmly and persuasively without aggression. easterw1nd copes with short periods of pressure, but the quality of work and level of enthusiasm begin to decline if the pressure continues for a longer period.
