At first glance, this game felt like it was pulled from the AI for War Games but upon further inspection I found a much deeper dynamic World Domination RTS.

Gameplay: 7/10
It's a very heavy yet simple unit en masse selection reminding me of Base Defense maps from StarCraft: Brood War. There are a few modifiers here and there, like the ability of only infantry to capture bases and the instant range of aircraft. The slight history infusion with almost every battle and the encouragement almost to always play both sides is a great plus as well. And for those that like to fight real people instead of robots, there are a slew of multiplayer battles available.

Graphics: 8/10
Really digging the artstyle, calling back to the retro 80's but still keeping it smooth. There's a lot of green and a lot of glowing things. I think everyone likes green glowing things. Still, I wish there was a little more to choose from, maybe some filter pack updates in the future would be awesome -- or even DLC.

Sound: 8/10
The narration in this game uses a pregenerated voice but the amount of dialogue is amazingly helpful. The music and sound effects fit the environment perfectly but are also something else they might be able to extend via updates or DLC.
And if you're one to dislike the AI voice there is an option in the menus to disable it. :]

Overall: 8/10
I give this game a 8/10 because I like RTS games and this is a perfect simple expansive RTS that stays true to the roots. Has great AI and multiplayer options. I bet it could be easily ported to mobile platforms as well so keep an eye for that!
