The game is just amazingly beautiful. There's a plot and story and so on, and it's perfectly good. But mostly this is a game about wandering underwater. It feels beautiful and mysterious and dangerous.

This was going to be my thing. Detective game set in the 1800s on board an ill-fated ship, and you have to figure out what happened to all the crew, who are dead or fled. It blew my expectations out of the water. It's gorgeous and weird. The storytelling is intriguing and wonderful. The story itself is paranormal and feels wonderfully of-its-time. The country stereotypes are a little flat, but they have to be -- it's one of the few ways you can tell who's who.

This is a very simple, quick game like other folks here say. It's also really solid and really well put-together. I wonder if they may add more to it, just because it's such a simple (in a good way) formula.

But if you're hoping for long play time and something massive and epic, this isn't it. It's a really fun little puzzle game, though.

It's the same kind of lovely silliness as West of Loathing, but more of it. Stick figures, deep but ridiculous lore, strange settings, funny writing. Significantly larger than West of Loathing, though. There's just more of pretty much everything.

It's a fun, simple little roguelike with the whole "vampire" twist done quite well. Switching back and forth, dodging light, going through areas with different creatures hostile... It adds a little bit of extra fun to a solidly-executed game.

It feels *so much* like playing a Studio Ghibli movie. The cat is ridiculously adorable. I'm only a few hours in, but they have been fantastic hours.

This game feels like a many-hours-long hug. It's nonthreatening, but has real depth and heart and even personal failings and darkness. It doesn't want you to be sad, and it works very, very hard for your approval.

It's the epitome of working incredibly hard to make a world feel "just natural."

The art is (intentionally) very simple but feels perfectly chosen. The soundtrack and sounds work together so well it feels impossible (because it requires the programmer to understand a fair bit about music theory.) The tone and personality shine through absolutely everywhere.

I don't think I've ever met a second game with so much personality. And this game radiates love. Not just the love of the artists for the game. It radiates love for you and for the world and for how hard it is to live in the world. The game is sad that the world is hard, but it believes in you (yes, you) and it's confident that you'll do your best and everything will be okay.

"It will all be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end."
