Cannot play on Steam deck although it's verified. The steam icon will be stuck on the screen. Please fix it.

EDIT: Hi, we just investigated this more deeply and the Steam Decks that had this problem didn't have the last system update. After updating the system the Deck could play the game just fine. Could you please check that on yours if that's also the case?
