Crispy Pan-Seared Chicken Thighs 🍗🔥

Ingredients:

4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1 tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp butter (optional)
Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions:
1️⃣ Pat chicken dry, season well.
2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
3️⃣ Sear skin-side down (8-10 min) until golden.
4️⃣ Flip, cook on medium-low (8-12 min) until 75°C (165°F) inside.
5️⃣ Rest 5 min, garnish & enjoy! 🔥🍗
