In its current state I can’t recommend this to anyone planning to play this on steam deck, but I have faith in the team and I will update this if it gets fixed… but currently it was very tough to even get the controller support to work on steam deck, and once I did, any input with the left joystick was registered as up and left. This made the game unplayable. I could only navigate ui with the d pad and the bear was unable to move as I could only go one direction. Of course I could have used the steam deck to tweak the controls to work with the keyboard an mouse controls but I got this game for my wife and she would be way to confused seeing keyboard button prompts on the screen while playing with a controller. I’m not returning yet because I do hope they will fix this and really want to support this team and play this game!
