Amazing multiplayer experience. 343 have finally found the balance between the older versions of Halos while still making this a modern title.

A few things I wish for though:
-The ability to play as Elites.
-Customizable emblems.
-Forge
-That beep-beep sound when it counts down before the match begins.

You might NOT like this title if you like the following:

-Quick kills. The time to kill in this game takes a while (for comparison, 1 30-round clip from your assault rifle will kill 1 person versus maybe 4 rounds from Call of Duty). The point of this is to incentivize players to move in groups & work in teams.

-Melee teleports. In games like Destiny 2 and Apex Legends, if you are slightly off when aiming and melee'ing someone, the game corrects for this mistake and teleports you towards the player. However, Infinite does not hold your hand in this way. You need to be up close and within melee distance to hit them.

-Being a 1-man army. Although you will sometimes run into other enemies and have a fun 1v1 fight, most of the time you'll be sinking rounds into a person only to get punched in the back by another enemy. There is NO way to be a 1-man army in this game unless you have either a sniper rifle or explosives.

-Proning. Crouching/proning is near useless in this title. Moving around a lot/positioning is the difference between getting shot in the head or punching someone in the helmet. There are slide mechanics that is extremely useful when running into rooms, but you're better off keeping your weapon up at all times.

-Ironsights. The game doesn't have ironsights like in modern titles. Everything is akin to 'hip fire' you see in other games. I love this, but I know many modern gamers would hate this stuff.

-Challenge-based battle passes. I LOVE challenge based battlepasses like from OG Fortnite. The only way to level them is to complete the challenges listed. However, the community had a huge backlash to it because they felt like the games were meaningless if their performance wasn't tied to xp. Maybe it's because I'm an old school gamer; the challenge is more appealing to me than the reward. 343 has since changed this so you receive at least 50xp per match (boo!).

That's it. If you loved Halo CE, this is the premier modern Halo experience. Get the game. It's free!
