After a year of mostly terrible events, the crazy clickfest for the hope of getting a reward chest takes the cake. Two hours of clicking a day is the exercise you didn't know you didn't need.

Sometime since this review they finally redesigned part of the event so that you no longer have to click like a madman to be the first to open a chest. This is a first in my year plus in the game, I'm pleasantly surprised, and I hope they make a habit of reacting as fast to correct such terrible event design decisions.

Riveting combat in a fun game managed in the west by a bunch of Kakul-Saydons. The only thing you don't want to do in a free-to-play MMO is claw back "unintended" gifts from *part* of the community while failing to address serious server issues and eating into a region's prime gaming time (CONSISTENTLY).

I can't imagine what sort of compensation the game can even give out for giving out thousands to tens of thousands of gold in reward to some players but not, apparently, the majority, while disconnects all throughout the past week have disrupted content, costing gold, consumables, entry and time, most of all. How can the company even start to figure out the cost accrued?

EDIT: It's been over a month and the game has been suffering from random disconnects in my region. There has been no fix, there has been no compensation for lost rewards and used consumables whenever this happens, and the company refuses to openly address the cause of the issue. Furthermore, I have submitted three web tickets to technical support regarding this, I have received six replies from different reps which indicate none have reviewed each other's work, asking for the same information from step 1, and there has been absolutely no followup or feedback from the company on any of these three tickets over the past four weeks.

Your money isn't respected here. It's a free to play game, sure, but don't give them the active numbers. If they don't start feeling accountable to their shareholders for losing players, they won't improve anything, and it's a shame because the gameplay itself is solid.
