hi tell me please I make a skin with rast in adobe photoshop but I can not add transparency either black or white background please tell me how you make transparent objects

Your skins are some of the most rust skins in rust!! love them. The Toymaker Poncho is kinda bugged right now though, it goes full black if you are indoors or in shadow... really weird. Maybe you can check how to fix it? or maybe i should try contacting facepunch...
