The definitive Melty Blood experience.

Three gods stood atop the tower, hubris shining brighter than the stars they surpassed. We got so powerful that nothing could stop us. Not daves, not goblins, not wyverns, not chunks. With wood in hand we set our eyes to the stars. For thirty six long days we fought the world and towered above it. And for thirty six days we thought ourselves invincible. But alas, much as the tower of babel was felled by the divine one, we paid for our hubris and met with oblivion. Ten big chunks, champions of the realm, made their presence known. They led a massive army with them, and they lay waste to the base of the stairway. As we rose through the sky we suddenly lost our footing, our divine pathway crumbling under us. The first to fall, the most powerful, plummeted through the atmosphere. He fell past the ground, swallowed by the void itself to end his reign of terror. The second in command met a similar fate, rocketing to oblivion like a wayward chariot. I myself met a more traditional end, although I am unsure if I was lucky in that regard. I hit the ground hard, and I was met with an onslaught of the titanic beasts. They lay waste to my body, however I am proud to say I took down seven before the final three dealt the killing blows. And so our tale came to an abrupt end. In thirty six days gods rose from nothing, and in thirty six days those same gods were reduced to nothing once more.

Pretty fun, I like platformers and a competitive platform game is pretty nifty. It's also got a unique aesthetic. Good stuff.

Fun game, lots of hats, plenty of stuff to do. A little hard to get into, but ultimately worth it.
