Please stop saying 'god bless' to random people. It's a very empty and cold-hearted sentiment to anyone that hasn't been brainwashed by fairytales from birth. I choose to say things like 'take care', or 'have a good day', rather than try to _impose_ my religion on people that do not wish it. Your 'have a wonderful evening' is a sufficiently kind sentiment. :)
