Update: Changing review since receiving how to unlock the achievement from developer:

This achievement gets unlocked when you complete the 40th level and press 'exit to main menu' button. I've just checked it twice and everything is ok with it: https://i.gyazo.com/5e3a821e990000b1f1e27569cde89dd0.mp4
You can try to press D in the main menu as well but it unlocks only new achievements added together with new levels.
