Even though he is a skilled player aimwise, he:
- speaks in an annoying, depressive, monotone voice
- let's teammates know they are doing everything wrong
- is not supportive in either in a team aspect and towards individuals
- makes sure he is the last alive by not pushing when needed so he can play the hero role

In my opinion it's better to lose a match in a fun team that's coöperating with eachother then win with this guy.
