Story was interesting and hit feels a lot.

I've always loved this game.
When I found out it was on steam I knew that I was going to to get it immediatly.
I heavily recommend for anyone who enjoys RTS game or the AOE franchise to play this game.

However be wary that this game has many faults, the multiplayer is regarded by many to be the worst that steam has to offer, and has many, many bugs and glitches.

If you already own a physical copy that still works or use Windows 10 it's not worth the large cost to upgrade.

The graphical enhacement and "Extended features" are not anything to write home about, the graphics are formidable but are still lacking in comparrison to other games out on the steam store, the workshop intergration is a nice addition for those (Including me) who could not download mods off of the internet.

This game is still amazing, and the story is amazing, the linking of all of these mythological characters was executed very well.
Story: 8/10, I love it's creativity but it does rely heavily on clichés and plot holes.
Gameplay: 7/10, Plays like all RTS with little veriation other than myth units and heroes.
Online: 4/10, Terrible multiplayer, with the little veriety AOM had to begin with, mixed with the laggy and sometimes unplayable multiplayer it gets worse.
Graphics: 6/10, Amazing compared to the original version however as I said before, they are not the best.

Overall score: 7/10, Great game but bad multiplayer that damages the steam intergration.
If you enjoy RTS. this game is a must have.
