Re the easter egg in my Hjerim House mod. Head to the cellar and through the doorway that leads to the stairs to the yard outside. Just before you climb the stairs you'll see a cart with bales of hay. Jump onto this from the stairs then jump up to the metal bar across the wall above the doorway back to the cellar. If you get the jump right from there you can pass through the wall! Good luck.
