I bashed on this game during its first few days of the Meet your Match Update, which deeply split the playerbase dramatically at the time. It brought its terrible matchmaking and lone queue times.

Now coming back to this game 2 years later, I decided to see how it was now. I've gotten advice that Valve Competitive matchmaking should not be a place to play because it has its own issues. There is Casual matchmaking, but I've yet to touch that and don't think I will ever get a chance to try it. It has it's own level up system and all you get as a reward is leveling up your badge, as I heard, which is nothing great to hear about.

Community servers are still there, along with Mann vs. Machine. The game has became dratasically less worse from the way I see it overall. I still remember the most fun I had back then to this day.
