Staying near an area of interest to survivors, focusing on one player to tilt the scales to your advantage or deciding to not spend time hooking because you need to apply pressure. All of the above are tactical choices a killer is free to make, this is a game where the killer is the orchestrator and it's pathetic listening to the other side complaining and inventing imaginary rules for themselves.
