Kink Warning: Tentacle, R*pe/Non-Consensual

Yusha Prototype is a 2d sidescrolling action game where you progress through rooms full of enemies and fight bosses at the end of the area. Currently there are 4 bosses (1 Per Area). All of these bosses felt at a fair difficulty, although I did have to retry on the final boss numerous of times as this one felt more difficult than the rest. As for mechanics, the movement felt slightly off when starting, although I got used to it quickly after playing with the mechanics for a while. The controls may feel odd to start with, although I got used to them during my playthrough, however if they arent for you, there is an option to change them in the settings which is a great QOL feature. As for combat, you have both items and attacks which you can use, with attacks being added as you progress through the game. The adding of skills is useful as not only do they increase in skill power, but also help you against the new enemies introduced in that area and prevent you from being overwhelmed with attacks at the start of the game. The movement as well feels very fluid and fast paced, rewarding mastery of skills through parries which stun enemies and dashing to keep the momentum in battle.

As for NSFW content, I actually didn't see any in my playthrough which was slightly disappointing, when enemies grab the character an NSFW act will happen when she tries to break free. There are also 3 CG's which can be seen in the extras menu alongside enemy descriptions. There are three NSFW CG's total (One per area) which are of great quality and include the kinks mentioned above.

The sound design and graphics in general is amazing, the music and SFX when attacking, talking to people are just great and were great for immersion, alongside the pixelated detail in each object, enemy and attack. Another thing i'd like to mention is the easter eggs, such as people in boxes who give you items if you hit them and talk to them, skipping enemies if you're skilled enough through perfect movement, extra dialogue based on your actions and more which I probably didnt find. These easter eggs add so much charm to the game which have me falling in love with it.

As the game is only according to the developers 40% complete, there is only around 30m-1hr to beat all four bosses (depending on how many times you die). To accomidate for the lacking content, the game is at a reduced price which will be raised in the future. Given whats available, I am very impressed with the game and am eager for what future updates hold.
