I think it is inappropriate to let dogs go naked on public. I believe that dogs should not be mistreated like that. They have a soul and a brain, and they think the same way we do. Just because they can't put words together it doesn't mean they don't have feelings. Dogs are ashamed of being naked on public and we should help them prevent that. Dogs are our friends and part of our community, and it is considered racism to treatment any different.
