-Less than 2 hours long.
-Most enemies can die in one shot, especially the ancient soldiers that are instantly killed by incendiary shells and rocket punch.
-They removed many things from the first game like the DMC-like style system, hidden collectibles and all the abilities.
-Two of the levels are not fun. One is a bad stealth level and another is a bad car driving level.
-Bosses are bullet sponges. Thankfully they can be cheesed by spamming ground slash.
-Ground slash is overpowered and makes the game trivial.
-Too easy even on the hardest difficulty.
-Cutscenes with quick-time events are unskippable.
-Story is almost non-existent and dumb.

This is not a BlazBlue game. It's like a completely unrelated indie game that was somehow allowed to use BlazBlue sprites. BlazBlue characters are just simulation avatars. The stages look nothing like the BlazBlue world. Enemies are generic robots and monsters. There's no BlazBlue music.

91Act made a BlazBlue beat'em up for mobile before, so I don't understand why they couldn't make this one into a real BlazBlue game,

I'm not interested in a story that doesn't take place in BlazBlue's universe. I would have preferred having no story at all so they could have saved the budget to make a better game.

As for the gameplay, I feel it's way too short and there's not enough variety. Characters are very unbalanced, some are very strong and some are incredibly weak.

And how could you make a BlazBlue game without Rachel Alucard? I heard they're going to sell her as DLC, and it's just as bad as selling Ragna, Jin or Noel as DLC. Selling one of the main characters of the series as DLC is just wrong.

They even put Naoto as the icon for the game even though he isn't in it. Did they mistake him for Ragna or what?

I played the 2010 PC version when it came out. This game changed my life.

On the surface it's just another fighting game, but beneath is one of the greatest visual novels. If you're looking to get into a franchise with deep lore that expands into novels, mangas and visual novels that rival Type-Moon's Nasuverse, this is the place. Even if you're not good at fighting games (like me), you should play it just for the story.

Note that there's a bug preventing music from playing in story mode which can really ruin the experience. It can't be fixed without using cheat engine. Get it on console version if you don't want to use that.

Bandai Scamco added an in-game shop after release and lied about paid costumes being made from scratch when they're clearly ported from Tekken 7 and Tekken Tag Tournament 2. I should have known not to trust them after the paid frame data DLC in the last game.

The last good Arc System Works fighting game.

Arc System Works before they made dumbed down games for babies, before they censored female characters, before they censored Ragna's bad language, before they censored themselves for the CCP, before they fired Mike Z (who made rollback netcode into their old games possible) because of false accusations, before they retconned Testament and Bridget into being non-binary and transgender, before their tournaments were filled with crossdressers and furries with pride flags.

I miss the old Arc System Works.

Female characters use the censored chinese designs. Even gallery artworks are censored.

Gameplay is pure kusoge with nothing to limit combos, so you can hit your opponent once and keep hitting them until they die and there's nothing they can do about it. Did they even test this game?

I grew up playing DFO, so this game really hurts me.

♥♥♥♥ game where you can't save unless you find a bed and there's a 50% chance you'll die when interacting with it. Everything is trial and error and you die at random to almost anything.

And I regret giving them money after finding out that the creator of the game supports parents forcing their children to become transgender.

One of the worst games I ever played.

Worst weapons ever in a FPS. You get almost no weapons other than a weak and slow pistol, a shotgun with so little range it makes Doom 3's shotgun feel like a sniper rifle and dynamite that blows up before you have time to throw it.

Extremely bad level design. Keys are way too hard to find, they're almost invisible, they all look the same, no way of knowing which key opens which door.

Same two enemies copy pasted everywhere, ♥♥♥♥ monkeys with an irritating voice, overly tanky enemies (like dogs that take 4 shotgun shots to kill), final boss is just a recolor of a generic enemy.

(Don't trust my hours, I played in a source port so Steam didn't count hours)
