Early Access Review
"endlessly grind" —the game.

There's not much to say about this game tbh. It's basically a turn-based RPG featuring characters from Disgaea and some other series by collaborations (such as Attack on Titan, Re:Zero, Madoka Magica, etc). It has a gacha system to get the characters, where the "tokens" used for pulls can be gotten from basically doing story quests, daily missions, and even participating in events.

As I've mentioned, you have to grind all of your units and equipment to level them up and improve them. However, the game is pretty generous, as it has an auto-advance option for equipment grinding (called Item World) and daily maps to farm EXP that you can skip if you do all of the necessary quests.

Do you like Disgaea series? Do you like to suffer with RNG to get the best stats in the competitive? Then this is the game for you.

Negative points:
- At first, the game introduces you to way too many mechanics which you'll require time to process the information.
- Early on, energy (or stamina) can pretty much refill every few quests, as the EXP needed to level up is absurd on early levels. Thus, it can be a bit intimidating to try to get the energy to 0 and not being able because of this.
- Pity system for gacha and some other mechanics aren't really explained at all. As for example, stuff like what does an equipment have (rarity, rank, etc), each stat on a character, and more other stuff you would have to either test it out or ask through Discord/Google.
- Competitive, or PvP, is menacing at first. With a few units and probably not even level 100 on one of them, the system pairs you with high level players. This could be fixed by playing more and getting better, however, there are some daily quests that requires you to play PvP. Even as of rank 77, PvP pairing seems bad.
- If you are not familiar with Disgaea, you'll pretty much get lost. Not saying that you can't enjoy the game, but this is truly more of a "for the fans" game rather than a more general public.
