Lets put the poor performance asside.

The import/export features dont excist, and you have no way of controlling it, yet alone see any profits.
the waterdams dont work.
the demand for residental buildings is way off.
you cant educate any people. 120k city with 1200 studens in college. and no way to get any more to graduate.
garbage, water/sewage and deadpoeple are crazy of the charts. 70k city 4million k/m3 every month. thats 10 sewagethreatmentplants maxed out just to meet demand.
