I ordered a 2,0x100m roll of N3 usage class filter fabric with shipping the other day from this here corporate salesman. When it arrived it was thoroughly wet. In this weather in the middle of winter wet things get frozen (Frozen=heavy). I suffered a major osteoarthritis (I googled my symptoms and it is real!) on my right knee trying to carry mentioned roll around the site. Now my DIY playhouse project for my kids gets delayed and it will not get finished this summer as I had promised. MAJOR SETBACK! I demand a full refund for this purchase and compensation for the damage caused. I will continue to do business elsewhere from now on. Future 200,000 euro sales LOST! HA!
