Recept na palačinky
Suroviny:
1 šálek hladké mouky
1 lžička cukru
1/2 lžičky soli
1 lžička prášku do pečiva
1 velké vajíčko
1 šálek mléka
1 lžíce taveného másla nebo rostlinného oleje (pro smažení)
Postup:
Ve velké míse smíchejte mouku, cukr, sůl a prášek do pečiva.
Přidejte vajíčko a mléko a důkladně promíchejte, dokud nevznikne hladké těsto. Těsto by mělo být poměrně řídké, ale ne příliš tekuté. Pokud je příliš husté, přidejte trochu více mléka.
Předehřejte pánev na střední teplotu a potřete ji taveným máslem nebo olejem.
Lžící nalijte těsto na pánev a upravte ho, aby vytvořilo kruhový tvar. Velikost palačinek závisí na vašich preferencích.
Smažte palačinky dozlatova, obvykle to trvá asi 2-3 minuty na každé straně Otočte je, když na povrchu vytvoří bublinky.
Opakujte tento postup se zbylým těstem.
