Recently the developer gave out this software for free for a day.
After installing and trying it out a pop up would appear, and soon it was clear that it was not the full version but instead a demo.

The developer reacted on this issue and it turned out that it was in fact a demo and a mistake.
He fixed it, so now everyone that did add the software to their account at that day now owns the full version.
Because of the negativity not everyone grabbed it, and the developer now tries to contact Valve to run another free offer later this week for those who didn't grab the software.

Thank you so much developer for giving this out for free and dealing with this situation so well. I appreciate it!
For now I will give a thumbs up and I will re-write my review later after I tested the software some more.

Hi, the problem with the download has been fixed.

Please update AppGameKit or uninstall and re-install it and all should be fine.

Sorry for the inconvenience. It would seem that when Valve's automated giveaway tool created a package for the giveaway, it did include the standard depots but it also included the free weekend depots for some unknown reason.

Can we ask you to kindly change your review now that this issue has been resolved?

Update: Monday 20th
We are working with Valve to run another free offer later this week. Sorry for the unplanned and unforeseen mess up, we did get it all working late on Sunday but it did create a lot of negative reviews and stopped some users from taking advantage of it. Can I please ask you to update your review now that we fixed things?
